PeopleImages

Every three years PeopleImages invests in a Photographer Academy where ten aspiring photographers from around the world are offered a 36-month training program, after having passed through an initial boot-camp designed to test their endurance, skills and willpower. These students are then coached by Arcurs and receive training in all aspects of the photographic industry. Once they have graduated, they are contracted as independent contributors and coached to build their businesses successfully.〔
